The S series is definitely a hollow output shaft series that’s made to be shaft mounted. The V series features a vertical result shaft and are specifically designed for mixing, blending and conveying applications. The W series are created for the the majority of taxing applications. These devices feature the universal input style (shaft insight). They incorporate large bearings, large shafts, casing fins, and various other features to maximize performance.

Ever-Power Double Reduction Velocity Reducers are two stage worm decrease units. A specially designed primary worm reduction unit is integrally installed on a typical single decrease Greaves worm reducer which forms the second stage. The composite systems provide the most compact and rigid set up for large reduction of speed necessary for gradual moving machinery. A wide variety of ratios upto 4900:1 is available.
The wormshafts are made from top quality case hardening steeL accurately generated, ground and superfinished. The double reduction worm gearbox wormwheels comprise of phosphor bronze centrifugally cast rims of significant sections welded to rigid centres. Considerable versatility of shaft layout can be permissible with all sorts of Double Reduction products. The dimension drawing for each series shows the different shaft handing plans and the correct reference should be quoted when buying.
